If your product arrives damaged, please notify us by email us within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of the damaged product.
Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. Such refund will be provided as a credit to the credit card or Paypal account used at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
